We recommend scheduling your Christmas light installation in Kennesaw, GA as early as possible — ideally by mid-October. Early booking guarantees your preferred date and gives us time to design, customize, and prepare your lighting display before the holiday rush. Spots fill up fast as Santa’s schedule gets busy!
Do you use your own lights, or can I provide my own decorations?
At North Pole Illumination, we use professional-grade, custom-fit lighting designed specifically for your home’s roofline and contours. This ensures consistent brightness, perfect color tone, and long-lasting durability. We provide all materials -we do NOT use your lights & decorations.
What happens if a bulb or strand goes out during the season?
No worries! Every installation comes with free maintenance as part of our all-inclusive holiday lighting service. If a bulb goes out or something shifts, our team will visit your home within 48 hours to fix it — keeping your lights shining bright all season long.
When will my lights be taken down and stored after the holidays?
We begin takedowns in the first couple of weeks of January, carefully removing and labeling each strand. All lights are stored in our climate-controlled facility, so they’re organized, protected, and ready for next season — a hassle-free way to keep your holiday experience stress-free.
Are your technicians insured and how safely are the lights installed?
Absolutely! Our installers are fully insured, covered by workers’ comp, and trained in OSHA-approved safety procedures. We use only professional roof-access gear and damage-free clips to ensure every installation is done safely and cleanly. With North Pole Illumination, your home — and our crew — are always protected.
